Mobile App: Help

Help us build the most useful, easy-to-use mobile app for Aspies everywhere!

We need input and suggestions from Aspies, parents of Aspies, spouses of Aspies, teachers, carers and therapists of Aspies that will help us build an app that will help Aspies in Australia deal with common situations that can frustrate, confuse, anger and discourage us from enjoying a fulfilling, joyful life.

If you haven’t yet viewed our app concept, please view it here, now…

Our approach is a combination of several classic sayings…

ā€œWhen we deal in generalities we will rarely succeed, but when we deal in specifics we will rarely have a failure.ā€ — Thomas S Monson, Author of ā€œGoalsā€

ā€œA good plan, vigorously executed THIS week, will always be better than a perfect plan executed NEXT week!ā€ — General George Patton, US Supreme Commander, Europe

ā€œReady, fire, AIM! is the principle that made international exploration and travel possible — by land, sea or air — put men on the moon and brought them safely back again, gave us the computer hardware and software industries and the Internet and, in fact, almost all human achievements.ā€ — John Counsel, ā€œThe Rocket Principleā€

ā€œSpeak softly… and carry a BIG stick!ā€ — Theodore Roosevelt, US President

We want your ideas, suggestions, recommendations and advice about which situations Aspies and those who care for them regularly encounter in everyday life, like these examples…

at school,
at work,
shopping,
socialising,
travelling,
at hospitals,
public services,
sport,
performing,
dealing with authorities,
abuses of authority,
discrimination, etc

and could use some simple tools to help handle them effectively to reduce…

uncertainty,
confusion,
stress,
anxiety,
neural overload,
meltdowns,
shutdowns,
fight,
flight,
freezing or
fawning and
discrimination,
marginalising,
disempowering or
demeaning behaviour by others.
